Simple Summer Lawn Mowing Advice

I harp and preach and rip and snort to you guys about the importance of proper lawn cutting, and no time is this ever more important than in the heart of summer. (dang that’s poetic! )

Seriously though, your grass gets stressed and pressured through the hottest months: There is insect and disease pressure, drought pressure, foot traffic and even heat stress. So why do you want to add to that pressure by mowing too short?
